Before dentistry, Dr. Beard built a successful early career in chemical engineering and pharmaceutical research and development. He chose that field because he wanted to help people—but quickly realized he missed the personal, human connection.

Giving Back
Dr. Beard and Modern Dental partner with Carrywell, a Christian nonprofit that supports couples experiencing infertility. This cause is deeply personal—he and his wife walked their own infertility journey before welcoming their daughter.
